McNEIL v McNEIL.
Hector McNeil petitioned for a dissolution of his marriage with Phoebe Esther McNeil (formerly Cowan) on the ground of her alleged misconduct with Harry H. Collins, who was joined as co-respondent. Mr. J.J. Kiely appeared for the petitioner. The parties were married in May 17, 1910, at Christ Church, Paddington. His Honor granted a decree nisi, returnable in six months.
