His vicious dog is killed
Text:

"On Friday se'nnight, at the above settlement, John Palfrey was accused of keeping a dog, long known to be injurious to stock and detrimental to all persons possessed of such, but more especially so to the general interests of the Colony. The voracious animal has been surprised and killed by a Gentleman's stockman, after having glutted himself with the blood of the innocent, and the owner being traced, he was ordered to make good every damage proved to have been sustained from the vicious propensities of his departed ally."
