The guard consists of 14 privates of the 17th Regiment, 14 privates of the 4th, and one serjeant of the 40th, two women, and two children, under the orders of Lieu- tenant Baylis. Passengers, Lieutenant Stewart, 44th Regiment, Mrs. Baylis, 7 children, and one servant.
