MR. S.T. ROBARDS WEST MAITLAND, Monday. Mr. Stephen T. Robards died at his residence, Hollydene, Clarence Town, at the age of 82. He lived all his life in that district, where he carried on farming and dairying, and was the first to start bacon-curing works in that part of the State. He also engaged in horse-breeding, and successfully exhibited his stock at Sydney, Newcastle, Maitland and other places. He was a director in the Williams River Steamship Company. A few months ago he celebrated his diamond wedding.
