WEDDING BELLS. -- A PENNANT HILLS BRIDE. A pretty wedding was celebrated in the Thornleigh Methodist Church on Saturday by Rev. E. M. Boyer, the contracting par ties being Miss Dorothy Gladys Anlezark, eldest daughter of Mr. arid Mrs. T. H. Anlezark, of Pomona-street, Pennant Hills, and Mr. Harold Thomas Featherston; se cond son of Mr. and Mrs. C. Featherston, of Kenthurst. The interior of the church had been charmingly decorated by girl friends of the bride. Mr. Colin Anlezark (brother of the bride) acted as best man, Miss Dorrie Featherston (sister of the bridegroom) as chief bridesmaid, and Miss Florrie Anlezark as bridesmaid. The bride wore a dainty dress of white crepe de chine, with a wreath and veil lent her by an old friend of the family. She carried a bouquet of pink and white carnations, and wore a diamond pendant, a gift from the bridegroom. The chief bridesmaid wore white silk and Miss Anlezark white organdie muslin. Tho choir rendered the hymns, 'Tho voice that breathed o'er Eden' and 'O Father all creating,' Miss Nellie Pollard presiding at the organ. After the reception that young lady played the 'Wedding March.' The reception, which was held at the residence of the bride's parents, was confined to intimate friends and relations on account of the death of the bride's cousin at the war, and on account of the fact that her brother, Driver F. T. Anlezark, was fighting in France. The young couple motored to Cronulla for their honeymoon, the bride wearing a travelling dress of grey silk poplin with hat to match. Their future home is to be at Portland.
