The Assize for the County of Devon commenced at the Castle of Exeter on Monday last, before the Hon. Sir Robert Graham, and the Hon. Sir Henry Dampier, Knights. The following prisoners have already been tried and found guilty, viz:-
Agnes Tozer, for stealing upwards of 80/- in notes and cash...were all capitally convicted and received sentence of death.
