That your petitioner has been 18 years in this colony, 10 of which he had been in the Loyal Sydney Association, and has a wife and 3 small children whom he has always supported by honest industry.
That your petitioner humbly states that Col. Paterson late Lieut Gov was pleased to grant your petitioner an allotment of land containing 80 acres and hopes Your Excellency will take into consideration your Petitioners case, and be pleased to confirm such grant... Sydney, 25 Jan 1810."
