That Your Petitioner is a Native Born of this Colony, was married young and has a large family, Your Petitioner loosing her husband, has had a very hard struggle to support her children and find her little means diminished to such a state that it will be ... impossible for her to struggle much longer.
Your Petitioners children are as follows

1 boy 5 years
1 boy 4 years
1 girl 2 years
Your petitioner has had a little ground at Concord and has worked very hard herself on the ground and endeavoured to the utmost to support her children but now have nothing left for their future support. Your Petitioner therefore most earnestly Prays you will be Pleased to take into your humane consideration her case and direct such children of hers as you may be pleased to think proper into the Orphan School.
