Wore gifts of bridegroom The bride and her two attendants wore the bridegroom's gifts - strings of pearls - when Jean Moore married Athol Webb at the Wollongong Baptist Church, on Saturday afternoon. The bride, who is the only daughter of Mr. and Mrs J.E. Moore, of Fairy Meadows, wore a full skirted frock of ivory Swiss embroidered organza with a satin empire-lined back bow and tails falling to the hemline. A crown of diamente and pearls held her finger tip veil, and she carried a bouquet of cream orchids, stocks and carnations. Pale salmon nylon organza made the full-skirted frocks worn by the bridesmaids, Glynis Moore, of Gwynneville and Gay McIlroy of Gosford. Toning flower trimmed their salmon pink satin curvettes and they carried bouquets of pink orchids, hyacinths stocks, and carnations. The bridegroom, who is the eldest son of Mr. and Mrs N.A. Webb, of Mangrove Mountain, via Gosford, was attended by his brothers, Ian and Norman. At their wedding reception held at Phillip House, West Wollongong, the bride presented her bouquet to the bridegroom's grandmother, Mrs. A. McKnight, of Harbord. After spending a honeymoon touring Queensland, Jean and Athol will live at Fairy Meadow.
