The Red Rover free transport, Captain Christie, from Cork, which it is reported she left on the 10th of April, arrived in our harbour yesterday, with 202 free adult females on board, and 3 children. These females will be very useful servants up the country, if country women, as we suppose they are. But we hope Lord Godrich will not send us all from one country. We should wish to see a lot of English country women, by way of letting us have an assortment. Irish settlers like Irish servants, and English settlers like English servants. However, every description of females, English, Scotch or Irish, will be most acceptable in the country to the amount of 1,000 upwards. ..
