MOULDS V MOULDS. George Henry Moulds sued for a dissolution of his marriage with Ada May Moulds, formerly Baker, on the ground of adultery with Thomas Darragh, who was joined as co-respondent. The petitioner was represented by Mr. Curlew, instructed by Mr. Wallace. Tho parties were married at Parramatta on February 21, 1901. The petitioner said his wife left him four days after the marriage. She afterwards returned, but again went away after one night, and remained away till July 21. She then returned, but four days afterwards went off again, and he had only seen her once since-at her mother's. Jane Baker said the respondent was her daughter. About August, 1902, her daughter went to her home in trouble, and some months afterwards a child was born, the father of whom, she said, was Thomas Darragh. Darragh told her (witness) he would pay all expenses. She had not seen her daughter for over six months, and did not know where she was, nor did she know Darragh's whereabouts. A sister of the respondent stated that the latter gave birth to a child at her mother's house in May, 1903. A decree nisi was granted, returnable in three months, co-respondent to pay petitioner's costs of service. Decree absolute 17 Feb 1905
