'All persons are hereby forbid TRESSPASSING on my FARM, situate at the Seven Hills, known by the name of Brennan's Farm, by felling Timber or otherwise, as immediate Prosecution will be enforced against all those who fail to obey this Notice, The Rentees are exempt from the above Prohibition.

To be LET, a newly erected DWELLING HOUSE, 45 feet by 15, consisting of three Rooms on the ground floor, with plenty of good water at hand, along with two Acres of Land, with more or less as many as may meet the approbation of the Tenant – The House has double Chimneys, is situated in the Districts of Seven Hills and Toongabbee, and well calculated for a School – The Inhabitants are greatly in Encouragement to a sober, steady Man, capable of the undertaking – In order to make the Situation more desirable, a Lease would be given for the Term of seven Years – A married Man would be preferred, on account of his Wife Undertaking to instruct Girls in Needlework – Enquire of Patrick Kirk, Parramatta.
