Note:

Davaney's 60 acres was left to his sons William John and Davaney George, who was a Commission Agent. William John, or Bill as the locals called him, continued to work the orchard until age caught up with him and in 1947, he died at the age of 91 years. Mary Jane had lived with her brother, Bill, and in 1951 she died also at the age of 91 years. They were both buried alongside their parents, and the total age of the four was 367 years.

In 1941 Bill sold some 30 acres to Roy Butler who replanted threes of stone fuit and grapefruit, and grew vegetables until the trees were productive. Roy Butler sold in the 1950's to Tom Bowring who carried on the orchard for a dew more years.

In 1937 Mr and Mrs Fulton from Kellyville purchased the balance of the High property and cut timber out of the bush.
