Text: In 1809 he was convicted of larceny at the summer Montgomery Assizes and sentenced to imprisonment for 6 weeks. The was then convicted at Spring 1810 Montgomery Assizes for sheep stealing and received a death sentence with was commuted to a term of life on 07 April 1810. Transported aboard the ship Guilford or Guildford, departing England August 1811.
