Citation details: Sydney Gazette Sat 17 May 1817 p. 3 Text: On Monday last, after a painful illness, to which she submitted with truly christian fortitude and resignation, Mrs. THOMAS LAYCOCK of Pitt-street. The interment of the remains of this much lamented lady took place from Ultimo House on Wednesday; and was attended by His Honor the Lieutenant Governor, and many others principal Officers. |
