WORSHIP-STREET. - On Monday John Lock Thurston, William Lock Thurston and Daniel Lock Thurston, three brothers, apprehended by Vickery and Bishop; the Officers, were re-examined before Mr Moser and Sir William Parsons, on several charges of horse-stealing, in the Isle of Ely, in the County of Cambridge. They were fully committed to take their trial at the next Assize for the Isle of Ely, on the separate charges of Mr. Thomas Granger, Mr. Edward Granger, Mr. Goodliffe, and Mr. Read, all of the Isle of Ely. They were, however, remanded to the House of Correction, for further examination, as it is supposed several other charges will be brought forward.

At Ely Assizes, John Lock Thurston, W. Lock Thurston, and Daniel Lock Thurston pleaded guilty to the several indictments found against them, for horse-stealing and burglary, and received sentence of death. On account of the extraordinary good character given to William, by a gentleman in whose service he had lived up to Michaelmas last, his sentence was respited before the Judge left the town, upon condition of his being transported for life. - The two others were left for execution.
