Hannah was tried at York, Kingston on Hull on 13 Jul 1820 and was sentenced to seven years transportation. At age 25 she was 4 feet 11 and a half inches tall, had freckles, dark hair and hazel eyes. She arrived in the colony on 7 Jan 1822 on the ship 'Providence'. Hannah's son John born 1820 came to the colony with her. He took the name of Beasley and Leadum or Ludam.
